EASUN Centre for Organizational Learning is an “open boundaries” institution that strives to maximize value creation for Civil Society Organizations (CSO) in East Africa through organizational and institutional development interventions.
For that purpose, EASUN works with associates and apprentices to strengthen their transformative facilitation practices as OD consultants and leaders of CSOs in the region. This is in fulfillment of EASUN’s aim to build “Community of Practice” toward developing a confident, strategic and sustainable civil society in East Africa. The workshop will focus on deepening and strengthening self-awareness, authenticity, confidence of facilitators of change and development in others. At the same time, we will explore the depths of developmental or transformational practice in the context of the discipline of OD.
