Themes of each FOLD module
- Module 1: Introduction to process facilitation and understanding how organizations function.
- Module 2: Team building, Organizational learning & Networking.
- Module 3: Leader as a conscious agent of change.
FOLD course is organized in three modules of 5 days each. Learning is built around practical experience. Each participant works with a Back Home Project, i.e., facilitates a change process in own organization while receiving coaching and new knowledge during the training modules.
