3 workshops organized yearly to enhance CSOs Identity management, networking and awareness of opportunities available for leadership development.
Institutional development workshops help civil society organizations (CSOs) to collectively assess and address issues that have a bearing on their strategies and performance as a sector driven by justice-oriented values. The workshops create awareness and build skills around essential themes that drive the CSO sector such as: 1) Identity, 2) ethical leadership; 3) change management for social justice; 4) networking.
