Training for community mobilization
Two trainings in facilitating change and community participation:
- FAF (facilitation skills for field workers).
- Project Green house for young social justice innovators
FAF (facilitation skills for field workers)
- FAF will make you a creative facilitator through skilled use of reflective learning tools that generate social awareness, participation, empowerment and commitment, in community project situations.
- FAF course is delivered in-house for an organization or group of organizations. Training runs in two modules spread over three months. Participants undertake back home projects in teams, while receiving mentoring and coaching.
- Primary target of the training is community outreach staff of CSOs. Heads of organizations are encouraged to participate, for practice alignment in the organizational setting.
Project Greenhouse—social mobilization skills for youth
Project Greenhouse will build self-awareness (confidence and conviction) about own leadership and develop skills in facilitating dialogue and participation in communities.
Primary target of this training is youth (aged 23-35) who are engaged in small project initiatives at community levels.
